The
finishing touch for many parts is an attractive, durable
powder coating finish.  Smooth, textured, glossy or matte, Imec is able to properly apply them all in our system.
Custom designed and installed, our system is sized for
our most common parts. A batch system with manual overhead
conveyor, it is efficient for the small to mid sized lots
that are our specialty. Selective masking and plugging
are offered when necessary. The inspection instruments
for gloss measurement and coating thickness are used and
measurements recorded for each lot.
